Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the VolumeLead Agency website, operated by Ponoren OÜ (“VolumeLead”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Acceptance of these terms
Using or browsing the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract and, where you act for a company, have the authority to bind it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a new version is posted means you accept the updated terms.
About our services
The site describes VolumeLead's digital marketing and technology services and lets you request a strategy call. Site content is general information. It is not a binding offer, and it is not a guarantee of specific outcomes.
Any actual engagement with VolumeLead is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement). If those documents conflict with these terms, the engagement documents prevail.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree to:
- Use it only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
- Not scrape the site or harvest data from it in bulk or by automated means
- Not submit malicious code through any part of the site
- Not misrepresent who you are in the contact form
- Not use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content
Intellectual property
All site content, including text, design, graphics, the VolumeLead name, wordmark, and spot mark, belongs to Ponoren OÜ or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it for business-evaluation purposes. Any other reproduction or use requires our prior written permission.
Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our trademarks.
Your submissions
Information you send through the contact form must be accurate and yours to share. Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through the form. Submitting it does not create a client, fiduciary, or confidentiality relationship. That relationship starts only with a signed engagement.
How we handle the personal data in your submission is described in our Privacy Policy.
No professional advice
Site content, including case-study metrics, is illustrative and informational. It reflects specific past engagements and is not professional, financial, or legal advice. Past results do not guarantee future performance for your business.
Third-party links
Links to third-party sites and platforms are provided for convenience. They are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Warranty disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of the website. Because the site is free to use, our total liability related to it is capped at USD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ponoren OÜ harmless from third-party claims, and reasonable related costs, arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or decline form submissions, where needed to enforce these terms or protect the site. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive any termination.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes belong to the Estonian courts. Before going there, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution first.
Severability and no waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “Last updated” date.
